Torba Monastery

Built as military outpost (with tower dated back to the V and VI century), in the IX century Torba became a pious prayer places where the Benedictine nuns lived and worked.

In 1453 it was abandoned by the nuns and it was turned in a rural farmstead. In the tower you can admire some rare and important frescos dated back to the VIII century.
